The manufacturing of silage machinery must pass through difficult processes besides it requires know-how. Challenger I was designed with an awareness of the importance of corn silage for livestock. It has overcome this challenge.

Challenger I, which is the professional solution for small- and middle-scale businesses, can make silage at up to 1500 m2 per hour, with a low power requirement such as 40 hp.

PERFORMANCE IS UNDER CONTROL

Challenger I offers an effective and accurate grinding due to its automatic knife sharpening technology.

• Twelve specially designed flywheel knives are manufactured with high-quality materials to minimise knife replacement costs and offer high resistance against abrasion
• With 180-degree rotation, a hydraulic-controlled funnel system, and a dirigible hat, silage can be loaded onto any part of the trailer with a strong blowing system.
• It is Çelikel’s nature to provide the high performance with the low power requirements. The Challenger I single-row silage machine can handle long corn and minimise product loss with its tracking system; meanwhile, its flywheel system will ensure the highest yield.
• Safety is an essential aspect of manufacturing! The level tracking band, designed by Çelikel engineers so that the machine can contact the field, minimises foreign object intrusions into the machine.
• The safety fuse pin, developed as a “Çelikel Engineering” skill, is designed as a secondary safety system to prevent foreign objects from entering the machine.
